Builds & subscriptions

Website builds are one-time engagements with a defined scope and revision count. Subscriptions (Care Plan and add-ons) bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled from the client portal, effective at the end of the current period.

Acceptable use of the AI Assistant

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide as the assistant's knowledge base and for how you act on the leads it delivers.

Hosting & ownership

You own your content and brand assets. Sites we host remain on our infrastructure while a Care Plan is active; we'll provide an export on request.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
